Pixelverse Secures Additional $2 Million in Funding Ahead of Token Generation Event (TGE)

Pixelverse, the developer behind the popular Telegram-based game PixelTap, has just announced that it has secured an additional $2 million in funding ahead of its upcoming token generation event (TGE). This news comes as a significant milestone for the company, as it prepares to launch its PIXFI Token on the TON Network on July 18 at 12pm UTC.

The funding round, which is the second for Pixelverse, brings the total amount raised by the company to $7.5 million. The fundraising was participated by notable investors such as Galaxy Interactive, Crit Ventures, Arc Community, and individual investors like Alex Krug, Luke Belmar, and Mike Dudas.

In a statement, Kori Leon, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Pixelverse, expressed excitement about the company’s growth and future plans. “We are expanding into Pixelverse media and several product lines to ensure the long-term sustainability and profitability of our operations. This fundraising will support our growth right before our TGE which is coming this summer,” said Leon.

The success of Pixelverse and the interest in tap-to-earn games within the Telegram Mini-Apps Ecosystem have attracted attention from major cryptocurrency exchanges like Bitget and Bybit, both of which have announced the listing of the $PIXFI token on their platforms.

With 70 million users in the Pixelverse ecosystem, 13 million daily active users, and a strong Telegram community of 9.9 million users, the company is poised for further growth and success in the coming months. Stay tuned for the official token launch this summer and the exciting airdrop events that are set to take place this quarter.
